Autumn,
Wa alaikum assalam - so glad you liked the recipes. the sundried tomato and herb bread and potatoes are really easy. In a small food processor, mix three or four sundried tomatoes, 3 cloves garlic, and about a teaspoon of every dried herb you have in the cabinet, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. basically, you're trying to make this herb mixture: http://blog.taiyyaba.com/2008/09/13/seriously-good-garlic-herb-butter/

Then, you can mix it with butter to spread on top of french bread before baking it. Or, you can mix it with olive oil and toss it with cubed potatoes before baking them.

i've never made a sweet potato salad before - if you were referring to the sweet potato casserole, i just kind of made it up as I went along - boil and mash sweet potatoes with cinnamon, brown sugar, nutmeg, and cream, until they're smooth, and then bake with halal marshmallows on top. You can also try this http://blog.taiyyaba.com/2009/02/18/chipotle-lime-sweet-potatoes/ if you like sweet potatoes.

Good luck!
